9.0Cute little bungalow near main street, there was a kitchen with some basics for cooking. 2 queens and 2 singles allowed options for kids. Easy access to the freeway, but no noise from it.
− Bathroom was a little small, but workable

6.0Excellent location in the downtown area with a short walk to everything. Loved the backyard. Comfortable roomy living room. Great kitchen with new appliances, well stocked.
− The railing to the bedroom upstairs was dangerously loose so we couldn't use the room. Two of us had to double up in another room. I would suggest a statement in advertising that it may not be suitable for seniors or those with disabilities due to the narrow high stairs leading to the laundry and the upstairs bedroom.

10.0The location was excellent, the house was adorable! Kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, laundry room in the basement and a backyard to boot! We absolutely loved this property.
− No TV but we had a lot going on and didnt miss it.
