− Firstly, the property was misrepresented as wheelchair accessible. While there is a ramp, once inside the building, the doorway to the apartment is too narrow, and the turning space within the property is extremely limited, making it unsuitable for wheelchair use. Accessibility was a key reason for choosing this property, and its lack of genuine access has caused significant difficulty. Secondly, there has been constant noise from tenants in the property above — heavy footsteps, furniture being moved, and loud voices from early morning until late evening. This has made the stay uncomfortable and unsuitable for rest. Definitely sound proofing is needed. The whole property is tired and jaded and needs a total refresh . Drawer in divan bed was damaged the lock on the bathroom door was broken the wooden panel at the bottom of the cooker keeps falling off. The property needs a revamp We booked this property for four weeks and paid £3,872, but had to leave two weeks early due to several issues. The listing stated that the apartment was wheelchair accessible, but in reality it is not suitable for wheelchair users not enough space when entering and exiting turning points are too narrow . This caused major difficulties during our stay. the noise from the flat above was relentless — heavy footsteps, scraping furniture, and loud voices from early morning until late at night. The property clearly lacks any soundproofing and is in need of substantial TLC. These conditions made it impossible to enjoy a peaceful or comfortable stay. Overall, this stay was unacceptable. The property is not wheelchair accessible, poorly maintained, and unfit for anyone seeking a quiet or accessible environment. I would strongly advise Booking.com to review this listing for accuracy and guest safety. Avoid this property unless you want sleepless nights, false advertising, and complete disregard for accessibility needs.

2.0Garden was lovely
− Neighbour above us very noisy all thru night could hear him in above flat walking across the floor . Also mattress very uncomfortable and had 3 days of no hot water and our child is autistic.
Good trip - average accommodation
5.015/20 minute walk to Elizabeth Line
− Tired fittings, poor quality bed sheets and towels, stale cooking smells in the flat, noisy from nearby tenants, only parking for one car - our car was blocked in when we were due to leave
