8.0The apartment was nice and clean. No issues at all, grocery store at ground floor for buying stuff. Nice view. But make sure to read all instructions they send you like for check in, like PDF file etc..
− Check in process, as it should be clear in email.. not like read PDF and attachments. Never know we have to pay extra deposit to check in, but that's fine.
We stayed in Brig because of location to the places we wanted to visit!

− There were no instructions on where the key was located ! No instructions what to do with the waste, No hair dryer No tissues No wiping tissues Poor communication from the host
Overall it was a good stay. Clean and hospitable. The location is definitely the big advantage of this property.
7.0Central location, super market in the building. Top floor apartment with nice views and comfortable setting
− Unable to use TV services, no written instructions how to operate the complicated system. Once we managed to open the screen we found just a lot of garbage, useless channels. TV screen is placed too far away from sitting area which makes it difficult to watch. After several attempts to find a TV channel, featuring news channels (any news in German, French, English) we gave up. The glass door in the kitchen that leads to the veranda needs to be looked after. It does not open. Already mentioned the problem with the water drain in the bath tub.
Spacious & Clean with View
10.0Apartment is very spacious for our group of 2 couples. The views from enclosed balconies on both sides are spectacular. The beds are comfortable. Location is a very short walk from Brig train station. The bus station is right in front too. Coop supermarket is in the same building. Instructions to access the property was very clear.
− Nothing that we didn't like. The lighting in the kitchen was a little dim at night but was fine for our meals.
