− Loša higijena, mašina za sudove i mašina za pranje nisu dugo očišćene, smeće po dvorištu. Stari nameštaj, jedva funkcionalna vrata, zapušteni roštilj i ležaljke u dvorištu. Loša zvučna izolacija. Nema wifi.
