The balcony was lovely and the apartment is spacious.

− There were no clear spots for disposing of garbage (including food waste). We were unable to locate the remote controller for the air conditioning unit. There was a funky smell from the toilet.

− My worst experience in last 10 years pf booking Most complicated online check in ever and the worst check in onsite Manipulations from staff and bombarding of constant reminders about everything from many different numbers and contacts in Spanish although I notified I do not read and speak Spanish Unwanted advertisement of extra services Deposit of 150 to be paid online which is extremely difficult to get back only after few reminders from my side and only after a week of reminders from my side Cleaning fee of 92 euro extra and dirty apartment with dirty cups abd dishes with dust and broken glass on the floor The unbearable nauseating smell in the bathroom which has already been mentioned in other reviews caused us to go to our friends' apartment wash ourselves there Manipulations by local staff to obtain payment fur late check in in cash , under threat of police and not allowing entry to apartment (btw I was literally 1 minute late to free check in at 22.31), despite the company's initial requirement to pay for late check in online only Rude aggressive behavior by the staff accompanied by a conversation with a colleague about me on the phone in my presence , chewing gum during conversation more loudly than talking ,numerous insults to my face and behind my back (the staff was sure I did not speak and understand Spanish) No safe box and unsafe poor hooks instead of the broken window lock Tasteless cheap plastic accessories everywhere Broken furniture , for instance table without glass top that I almost laid my computer and could break it Very loud area with a view on large hard rock cafe swimming pool with constant loud music from all the hotels every day until 23.

Juste l’ emplacement et la vue balcon

− L’ odeur immonde ds la salle de bain , bien connu des propriétaires ( prise sens bon et bâtonnets parfumer) mais le matin c’ était encore pire, odeur de remontée d égout à en vomir
