− Mancanza di pulizia, frigorifero molto sporco dentro e puzzolente, impossibile da usare. I materasso e cuscini con grandi macchie giale di sudore . C'è polvere ovunque. Le pareti delle camere hanno macchie sopratutto nella parte dove appoggia il letto e non hanno testiera. Peccato perché la struttura porrebbe essere carina con una mano di pittura e una profonda pulizia. Non ci hanno avvisato che ll macchinario del ascensore e proprio davanti alla porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento. Dalle 6.15 del mattino si sente il rumore ogni volta che i vicini vogliono usarlo. L'abbiamo fatto notare al figlio del proprietario. E ci ha risposto che con la porta chiusa si sentiva meno....ma si sente davvero. Riguardo al frigorifico ci ha detto che le dispiaceva e che la prossima volta sarebbe stato più attento a pulire. Non ci sarà prossima volta. .

We were given a lovely welcome outside the property, and it really is a lovely little gem.
9.0This is a little gem of an apartment; small, but with everything one could wish for for two people. Everything was new. There are several nearby shops for food. The bus service into town is good. It is of course a lovely town with lots to offer the tourist: history; the fort; the harbour; boutiques; restaurants; the beech. The cost is less than is the case in the old town. The WiFi was excellent; the best we came across during our two weeks on the Ligurian Coast.
− The apartment is rightly called the 'nest', which if you like being purched at the top of a building is great, if not, then apprecialte that the lift climbs to floor 6, and you have to walk up to 7 that I guess is no problem for most people. An obvious risk is that the lift might not work. For us, it was just fine. The location is just out of town, in that the main centre is not within walking distance - but there is a regular bus service. We walked from and to the station (although we could have taken a bus); a pleasant 35 minutes on foot.
