10.0Our vacation lasted 11 days and was wonderful. I've never met more pleasant and responsive owners. Our journey began with very detailed directions to the house. And thanks to them, we arrived without a hitch. We were greeted with a smile and a clean, cozy home. Inside, the house had everything we needed—clean linens, towels, bath amenities, and toiletries. We were especially pleased with the huge balcony with a gas barbecue, where we spent most of our time. Excellent location, the beach is 5 minutes away, the main street, shops, bus stops are also very close. Special thanks to the owner, Giulii, who kindly responded to all our requests. She has a huge heart!

9.0Die Unterkunft hat unsere Kriterien (Klimaanlage, Sauberkeit, Strandnähe, mehrere Schlafzimmer) absolut erfüllt. Für eine Großfamilie mit vier jugendlichen Kindern ist das Haus wunderbar ausgestattet. Es gab für jede Person ausreichend Handtücher, zwei Toiletten, zwei Duschen, eine Küche mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin Giulia und ihr Mann sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit für Unterstützungen und Tipps für die Umgebung. Selbst das Auto kann gesichert auf dem Grundstück parken, was bei uns aufgrund der Größe des PKW draußen vor dem Tor auch möglich ist. Die Wohngegend ist sehr sicher, familiär und freundlich - nach Rom sind es eine Stunde und zwanzig Minuten, was wir öfters gemacht haben. Der Ort sehr ansprechend, weniger touristisch, dafür aber traditionell italienisch und genau das wollten wir. Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder!

10.0Great location, great owner. 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. AC paid extra ( 3 nights 20 eur- depends on spend) - fair enough. Authentic accommodation - we loved it! Nice and super clean.
