9.0Location can not be better. Place has a home away from home charm. Fully equipped with everything you need for a large family gathering.
Great views and short walk to the beach.
7.0The location is amazing. The property was very clean and spacious. The view from the upper deck is fantastic.
− The property needs some maintenance. Unfortunately, there was only 1 fan in the house and the house is very hot in the summer. The upper deck is a hazard, as there are broken planks.

Clean and comfy, but not a designer suite.
5.0Very clean and prime location
− Although it is a prime location, it is not in the beach. The house needs a lot of work and is a fix me upper at this stage. The pictures doesnt warrant the place. It needs a lot of tlc and a bit of the revenue should be puut back into the house. Wifi was not working, but advertised. The decor inside is old and has no continuety or theme. Bathrooms are old, but clean. Old style toilets. Decay and wood rotting in the window sills, rust all over the security doors. 3 bedrooms with a flat, bed and bunker. Dont see the rating advertised, other surrounding properties are absolutely stunning in comparrison
