6.0The apartment was well located to the lake and shopping precinct. Check in was easy with the code provided. The lift was helpful with luggage.
− The facilities were not a stated,. It was missing a microwave which was a requirement for us and we chose this property due to its stated facilities. When I attempted to enquire about its absence, I received no communication from the local management team till the night before checkout regarding the issue. The pillows were wafer thin as mentioned in previous reviews. The dining table is too large for the space, making it difficult to use the kitchen.

8.0Die Wohnung war hell, modern, schön eingerichtet. Die Lage in der Stadt Lugano ist perfekt.
− Die Bettmatrazzen waren zu hart. Das Sofa war zu tief.
Vollumfänglich zufrieden. Lokal guten Support vom Reinigungspersonal und Sonja.

10.0Tolles Apartement mit allem, was man benötigt. Sehr stylisch eingerichtet, hat uns sehr gefallen. Aufzug vorhanden. Hervorragende Lage mitten im Zentrum, ein paar Gehminuten zum See und zu den Läden und Restaurants. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Parkplatz öffentlich in nahegelegener Tiefgarage ist logisch für diese zentrale Lage in der Fussgängerzone, deshalb kein Nachteil.
