Een fijn verblijf
8.0Bij aankomst was de kamer helaas te warm, omdat de airconditioning niet voldoende werkte. We hebben dit aangegeven bij het personeel en de volgende dag kregen we als tegemoetkoming gratis een kamerupgrade. Dit vonden we een mooi gebaar! Daarnaast was het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en is het hotel goed bereikbaar.
− Het strijkijzer werkte helaas niet goed. We hebben meerdere keren een ander strijkijzer gekregen, maar helaas is hierdoor uiteindelijk een kledingstuk verbrand.

7.0The hotel’s location was perfect for us, and our room had a beautiful view of the street. The staff were polite and friendly. We stayed in a studio, which was very comfortable for us with a baby. We had arranged a baby cot in advance, and it was safe and comfortable for our little one.
− The cleanliness could have been better. I felt that the sheets and towels weren’t changed or washed with every room cleaning, and the floor wasn’t cleaned properly either. This was especially important for us because we had a baby. The room had a small kitchen, which was great, but there weren’t any plates, forks, or spoons, which I think would be reasonable to provide. The breakfast selection wasn’t very varied, which was fine, but the same items were served throughout our stay. It would have been nice to have at least one new item each day.

− В перший же день коли ми приїхали чоловік з рецепції казав коли сніданок і «мʼяко» перейшов до теми « ви можете купити екскурсію», на що я відповіла що моя подруга живе в місті і вона нам все покаже. Потім я спитала чи може вона зайти в наш номер в гості, він сказав гості тількі на рецепції . Хоча взагалі це всюди можливо і хлопець з нічної зміни сказав що можна, тільки я маю внести її в гостьовий лист
