A nice stay with good hospitality, beautiful views, and comfortable accommodation.
7.0The hotel has a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
− The only disappointing part of our experience was the customer service over the phone. When I called to inquire about a room, the call center staff simply said there were no rooms available and ended the call without offering any further assistance or information. However, I was able to book the same hotel immediately through Booking.com. I hope the hotel will improve the attitude and professionalism of its call center staff and ensure that local guests receive the same level of courtesy and service as all other guests.

A special thank you to the hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent support throughout our stay. They were always friendly, professional, and willing to help, making our experience truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

10.0O Hotel tem uma passagem entre os dois edifícios muito agradável, permitindo sentir o jardim e o exterior ainda que abrigado. Toda a arquitetura é muito bonita. A piscina tem uma cascata, cujo som da água é muito relaxante. Os empregados são muito atenciosos e o serviço muito bom.
− Embora esteja tudo muito bem decorado, pessoalmente não me agrada tanto o mobiliário e o estilo do interior do edifício principal.
