Deliziosa casa in centro
10.0Casa davvero molto carina, in posizione strategica (zona pedonale ma piena di servizi e vicino al mare). Due camere ampie e comode, aria condizionata, ampio spazio esterno, due bagni di cui uno esterno, comodissimo per non portare la sabbia in casa. Il proprietario gentilissimo. Pulizia ottima.
− L'unico difetto è che la casa è su 3 piani (piano terra, primo piano e mamsarda): non è pertanto adatta a persone con problemi di mobilità.
