The place was clean.

− Wifi we had but as a standard at least Netflix would have had and when you addressed it with the host she never responded

The apartment was nice, its location perfect, just the Host is terrible and location not clear.

The apartment is spacious, the rooms and beds are OK. A walking distance to the shopping mall was a plus.

− Our check in was a headache, the Host wasnt reachable and there was no address of the where exactly the apartment was located, it just said Montrose avenue, and the avenue is a stretch of more than 3km, we were dropped somewhere in the middle of nowhere by the uber driver. And we could not locate the property. Tried calling the host, on whatsapp, on voice calls and she wasnt reachable. We then took a chance and went to nearby estate that google was pointing, asked the security of the S&D apartment and they said they dont know anything about it. We then mentioned the host name and thats when the security said let me call the lady, surprisingly, she picked the call. Why she wasnt picking my calls I dont know, especially her knowing very well that i was checking in. Then stories came up, there was another guest that was checked in , for the same apartment. We had to wait for her sort out that and clean the room. Ended checking in at 1700hrs. Then we ran into electrical issues and blocked drainage, and every time you try to reach the host, she was nowhere to be found. When she calls back after some time, she just defends herself as if you talking nonsense. The security always gave us stress every time we would drive in. My advise is, if you the property can be fully described in as far as its location: I think its located at Montenique Court, Montrose Avenue, Randburg.

Everything you need is available.

− The check in was a challenge, but was sorted out quite quickly. Overall a pleasant stay. Will definitely be back with my staff.
