Perfectly suited for families, it provides the peace and privacy of the Italian countryside while being only 25 minutes from the heart of Rome – the ideal balance between relaxation and convenience. We were pleasantly surprised to discover not one, but two stunning swimming pools, one of which features a jacuzzi – an unexpected touch of luxury that made our stay truly unforgettable. Luca was an exceptional host – warm, thoughtful and incredibly attentive to every detail. His local insights and genuine hospitality elevated the entire experience, making us feel instantly at home. Geweldig huis met mooi zwembad. Als gezin hebben we een prima week gehad. Eigenaar Luca deed enorm zijn best om ons alles naar wens te maken, zeer gewaardeerd.

− Voor bakker, restaurant en dergelijke moest je wel de auto gebruiken. De weg was erg druk en er was geen stoep. Jammer dat er maar 3 ligbedden waren bij het zwembad. Wij hadden verwacht dat er wat meer kookgerei zou zijn. De bbq was niet beschikbaar.

Het zwembad en de inrichting van het huis waren uitstekend. De eigenaar was ontzettend behulpzaam. We werden verrast met een welkomstcadeau en, op mijn verzoek, bracht hij speciaal voor mij een houtskoolbarbecue . Toen mijn dochter ziek werd, heeft hij ons enorm geholpen bij het vinden van een ziekenhuis. Echt top! Zeker een aanrader!"

Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno in questa villa con piscina appena fuori Roma. La casa è comoda, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, perfetta per rilassarsi e divertirsi in tranquillità. La posizione è ideale: immersa nel verde ma ben collegata e facilmente raggiungibile. Un ringraziamento speciale per Luca, l’host, che si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale, disponibile e professionale fin dal primo contatto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Fantastic Villa, all facilities you can think of are there and Luca is the perfect host, we are definitely coming back next time we are racing on Vallelunga.
