9.0la posizione eccellente! a 5 minuti a piedi dalla movida di sanremo e 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Supermercato vicinissimo, sotto casa c'era un bar , alimentari e fruttivendolo. appartamento completo di tutto quello che serve per qualche giorno.
− difficoltà per trovare il parcheggio ma la proprietaria ci ha dato indicazioni per trovarlo. Grazie Elisa. i vicini un pò rumorosi alla sera ma non dipende dalla struttura. in complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo.

8.0В цьому помешканні не відчуваєш що на вулиці в 9 ранку температура 30+ поки не вийти з нього. Знаходиться на першому поверсі. Близько до магазину, близько до підземного паркінгу. Власник від себе пропонує паркінг за 10€/доба. До піщаного пляжу 10 хвилин. Від вокзалу 10 хвилин.
− З мінусів цього помешкання, одяг за ніч не встигав просохнути. Мали проблеми з пральною машиною, прала по 6 годин. Для 6 х осіб мало місця. Завищена ціна.

10.0La Casa era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. A 10 minuti a piedi eri al mare o in centro.
− Mancava il parcheggio, ma non si può pretendere visto la zona centrale. Vicino le spiagge sono tutte private tranne una lingua di spiaggia che per fortuna in questo periodo non era affollata.
