Lucky accident that I stayed here

My stay at the Blue House was a very fortunate an accident of weather. My original hotel choice had a problem when I got there and the Blue House was the closest choice available. I really got lucky. The house has been meticulously decorated, is adorable, cozy and very, very well equipped. The kitchen has everything, even a choice between Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The comfortable living area has a family sized couch and loveseat, giant screen TV and a beautiful electric fireplace that puts out heat. There are two bedrooms, and I chose the smaller one just because it felt cozier, but they were both well equipped, and had large screen TVs. The bed was comfy. After a tense, harrowing drive through torrential rains to the property, the place was so welcoming that I was able to relax and unwind as soon as I got inside. The property is off the beaten path in a little town called Wanette, which has some interesting history. Blue House is very reasonably priced, and an incredible value for the money. The host was kind and very responsive, despite the fact that I was having a weather related panic attack when I arrived. ;). I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, small two bedroom house, we could have cooked our own meals if wanted. Everything was provided. Neat, nice and the beds were so comfortable. The Gentleman was polite, very respectful, for two sisters 70 & an 80 yr old, that was appreciated. So, if you're going to Wanette, OK be sure and book "The Little Blue Oasis" on Booking.com. You want be sorry, we're not.

This house is amazing! It was a little piece of heaven after a long long cross country drive and many less than ideal motels. Wonderful technology, electric fireplace, smart everything, clean, comfy beds, big yard, big shower… couldn’t have asked for a better place. Only wish we had booked the entire weekend!

− Minor complaint was the glowing light switches when sleeping light up the room quite a bit. Also, the remote for one fan also controlled the fan in the other room ;-) not a big deal at all.

Great Place to Stay

House was very clean and very comfortable. It's clear that a lot of time and effort went into making this a great little hideaway. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes, washer and dryer and games. Each room had a tv. We were busy and never turned them on but they were available. Love the fact that its a quiet location. We were out during the day and it was great to come back and just relax. I messaged the property with a couple of questions and responses were quick and friendly.

− The location means you are not going to have food delivered or close by but the tradeoff is the quiet. You aren't going to get that quiet in the city. It's a good trade.
