Fraudulent lady stealing money!!
1.0− Don’t be fooled, this IS NOT a private residence. You will be put in a basement underneath a woman living with 2 dogs. The place is advertised as an entirely private property but you can’t even use the fenced in yard or deck as shown in the photos.
Was a good option for our stay.

10.0This was a perfect location for Madison County. We have family in one of the outlining communities and this was the best location to visit them, also was close to see the covered bridges of Madison County and the John Wayne Birthplace museum. The host was great. She was making sure we had everything we needed, including umbrellas when it was raining cats and dogs. It was in a quiet neighborhood and 30-minute drive from everything, including downtown Des Moines. We will stay here again the next time we are out here to visit.

10.0My grandkids and I were going to the local performance of The Nutcracker. We live about an hour away and it was an evening show. It started snowing and kept snowing into the next day. There was no way we could drive on the snow covered highways. I was debated about what to do. The host of Iowa Nice called and told me she would reimburse my money. The next day the charge was reversed on my credit card. Even though I was not in the time allowed to cancel. She was very kind and understanding. Iowa Nice indeed.
