6.0Nice location out of town. The deck was nice and had a good shower.
− A little bit too small for a couple with suitcases. Washing up was a bit tricky with the provided bowl. Composting toilet was a challenge, the odour was evident in the bedroom. The water was brown so we didn't drink it.

Tries hard, but just doesn’t quite make it. Overpriced………
5.0The extra little touches that were made by the owners, like a small milk in the fridge. The politeness of the owners and their availability, help when needed - although I did not meet them in person…….
− The lack of space - really just a bit too small, like living in a caravan / tent. The views are not ‘stunning’, but exceedingly average by NZ standards. The extra thought that was missing - the fridge is noisy, especially when your ear is right beside it in bed. No low / mood lighting, just full on, or nothing. No fly screen installed to the window which would allow ventilation with the window open. Override of outside light PIRs would be useful. I felt claustrophobic with the window and doors closed. All in all - way overpriced for what it is……should be 25% cheaper.
