8.0Posizione top. Splendida vista dalla splendida e ampia terrazza. La gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario super. La vicinanza al centro e al mare. Locali ampi e luminosi. Ideale per famiglie e gruppi.
− Appartamento bellissimo ma che necessita di un intervento generale di ristrutturazione che il proprietario ci ha detto essere già in programma. Mancanza di aria condizionata.
