The apartment was lovely and comfortable, very convenient for restaurants, bars and the beach. There was plenty of spare bedding, towels and beach towels. The view from the roof terrace was amazing as we're the sunsets. The whole complex was clean and secure

− The only thing was the roof terrace furniture was in very poor condition. The seats were ripped and got worse over our 3 week stay. The umbrella looked like something from Robinson Cruso all torn and tatty. I contacted the rental Co eat on but they never gir back to us untill we finished our stay. She said they didn't want to disturb our holiday by coming to replace the items but as we were there for 3 weeks thus should have been done. Also the shower room lightshade shattered overnight and that wasn't fixed either for the same reason.

A good place to go for a break in the sun.

It had all facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. It also had a roof terrace with great views of the coast. The area is also very quiet and has nice restaurants.

− The number of steps to negotiate to get into the property which made it totally unsuitable for people with a disability. The internal gate security system seemed excessive.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr gute Lage in Palm-Mar . Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Große Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz mit Meerblick und Blick zum Teide. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr sonnig und über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Vom Garagenplatz im Haus aus ist die Wohnung über wenige Stufen erreichbar. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön angelegt incl. Dusche und Toilette. Die Vermieter waren immer gut erreichbar, die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Alles in allem war es für uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

− Von der unteren Straße sind 95 Stufen und von der oberen Straße 65 Stufen bis zur Wohnung. Es gibt weder Rampen noch Fahrstühle. Also eher etwas für sportlich ambitionierte Gäste. Der Garagenplatz im Haus ist sehr eng, das Auto sollte daher nicht zu groß gewählt werden. Die Beleuchtung, die Ausgangsbeschriftungen und die Belüftung der Parkgarage hat noch viel Potential nach oben. Im Falle eines Notfalls / Fahrzeugbrand kann das zu einem ernsthaften Problem werden. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und daher für uns nur für kurze Schwimmeinsätze geeignet gewesen. Und auch in dieser Wohnung das Problem wie in fast allen Ferienwohnungen : die prall gefüllten Staubsaugerbeutel ohne Ersatzbeutel.

het terras - uitzicht op alles; Zee, zwembad, natuur en zelfs de vulkaan. De heerlijke stilte.

− De privacy op de terrassen kan tegenvallen, in ons geval was er niemand aanwezig van de buren. De terrassen vd woningen liggen vlak naast elkaar.Topp

The apartment had most things you would expect for a pleasant stay. The views from the upper terrace were lovely and it was convenient for the shops and restaurants in Palm Mar. Swimming pool area very quiet and nice water bit cold not heated.

− Lack of privacy on top terrace. Proximity of pathway by bedroom window as it was noisy at night and very hot would benefit from a fan. No proper ironing board and iron broke so we replaced these items and our still awaiting reimbursement by the owners which was discussed at the time .
