3.0Staff on site were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
− It wasn't until we had booked and paid for "pod with hot tub" that we were told we had to pay £36 for a bit of kindling and a couple of logs for the hot tub. This was almost half of what we had already paid. After booking we had 14 emails trying to sell "extras". However, when we sent emails asking about the rip off charge for wood we had no reply.
