Nice location and size of room but improvements are needed for the price of it

− There was no Wi-Fi and the fact that if you arrive after 10pm they ask for 20€ cash only as late check in. Also, the fact that the host was messaging me for a week straight and I’d prefer to have a one-off correspondence providing all information needed instead. Furthermore, i didn’t need it, but there is no possibility to leave luggage after check out at 10am. For the price of the property i think these needs must be taken into consideration.
