The flat was spacious and clean. The area was great and was close to many pubs, restaurants and sights. Two tube stations within a 5–10-minute walk. It is on the fourth floor and can be a bit challenging with luggage. But we knew this going in. No big deal. Having two bathrooms is nice luxury. The appliances in the kitchen worked well, refrigerator, the microwave, and the water kettle all worked as they should.

− Although things were mostly very clean. There were a few areas in need of attention. The shower curtain in one bathroom was very dirty and there was a sticky spot on the kitchen floor. The couch is somewhat stained as well. But that is probably to be expected of a rental. If you are picky about toiletries, I would bring or purchase your own. There was shampoo and conditioner and the shampoo ran out as they were not full bottles. In the kitchen there were a few tea bags and some instant coffee sleeves. There are no coffee pods for the coffee machine or at least not when we were there. Otherwise, things were fine.

We were satisfied, it fulfilled our requests.

We stayed with our three children and everything was just as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient; easy access to metro, stations, supermarkets, museums, and shopping areas. The lockbox at the building entrance made it very easy to collect the keys and go directly to the apartment. Having a Tesco nearby that is open until late was also a great advantage, as we could easily get everything we needed. Thank you for the service, and we truly appreciated the quick responses to our questions.

− As with many central apartments, the lack of an elevator can be a bit challenging for large families with lots of luggage when going up to the 4th floor; therefore, if you have a lot of bags and plan to arrive before check-in time, I recommend requesting early check-in as there is no place to store luggage. Nevertheless, they were always helpful and solution-oriented in answering our questions, and overall we were satisfied with our stay.

− Soooo old and dirty:( I can see hair on the pillow and on the floor of bathroom when I first step into the house 4th floor, no lift! Narrow and steep stairs that we can’t take our luggages to our room!

− اهرب من الشركة ذي والعمارة هروبك من الاسد مايعطونك مكان الشقة الا قبل 24 ساعة وتتفاجئ انك في الدور الرابع ومافيه لفت ودرج صغير وانحدارة شديد مايناسب عائلة واطفال وشنط يناسب حقين الهايكنق الشقة فيها اعطال كهربائية ومشاكل
