9.0Convenient to the shopping centre and food outlets, all in walking distance. It is an old property but clean and comfortable with plenty of room and private parking.
Location was perfect, close to beach, shops and restaurants.

3.0Bathroom was pleasant. House was spacious with good aircon. Beds were comfortable.
− Kitchen needs a good bond clean. Some of the equipment like cheese grater and BBQ tools were rusty and unusable. Furniture was not fit for purpose. A dining chair fell apart on the first seat. Sofa was very cheap and uncomfortable. It was hard to relax in comfort. My young son fell against the wall with very little force and it made a hole because there was no framing in the wall and we were charged $510 with no warning. The garden was overgrown and sandbags left everywhere. The place was not clean. There were dead insects lying around. The place is overlooked by elevated neighbouring property. Wardrobes in the bedrooms literally made of paper. Sound quality on the TV made it unenjoyable to watch. It is like they purchased the cheapest furniture possible from temu to furnish this property.
