This house has a beautiful view of Lake Taupo, and comes fully equipped with anything you might need from cooking/dining equipment to separate washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. There are two large bedrooms with a single large bed and ensuite in each, and a third bedroom with a twin, bunk bed, and ensuite, so comfortably, you could fit a family of two adults and at least 4-5 teens. Having the washer/dryer and dishwasher was awesome!

− You must pass through the bedroom with the twin and bunk beds to access the laundry room, which means that if you do laundry in the evening once you're done galivanting for the day, which is typical for an active family on vacation, the commotion/noise may disturb anyone sleeping in that bedroom. Further, the laundry room is a bit cluttered with stuff, which kind of distracted from how beautiful the house otherwise is (it really is a nice place). Also, the pots/pans were really oily, e.g. insufficiently washed w/ visible oily residue, which was not a biggie - we just had to ensure we washed our dishes before we used them.

3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, perfect to travel with family or group of friends without having to wait for bathrooms! Awesome view of the reserve, shame trees were so high restricting the view of the lake

− Could use a clean of the blinds. Smashed bugs on blinds in the bedroom

Beautiful accommodation. Lovely kitchen, gorgeous views. Layout of this property was perfect for our needs. Loved the shower!

− Beds were a little hard and Tv was located on the same wall as the bed so near impossible to watch even when pulled out and turned towards the bed. Also would of been good to have more room to place toiletries in the shower though the shower itself was perfect.

The sweet spot taupo is simply amazing. It has a beautiful setting along a length of sheltered driveway opening up to overlook a valley of trees with the ever so close lake taupo.The home is extremely well presented with space and privacy for everyone and the family areas are totally practical and tranquil in the ever present outdoors surrounding.thankyou
