Nice house needs some maintenance before renting out again.
5.0This was a nice house, but needs a some attention.
− Air conditioning was not working when we arrived. It took 3 calls and 3 hours later to get a response. No resolution that night. I had to call back the next day, just to be told that it would not be fixed that day. I had to request a call a call from the owner to get any resolution on the second day. It was 80 degrees in the house. Continued issues with the air all week. Maintenance people there all but 2 days during our stay. The house had a nice view but the windows were dirty. There was mold and loose caulking hanging in middle bathroom tub. My daughter woke up one morning with her bed soaking wet from the air conditioner leaking through the ceiling. Electronic door lock batteries went dead and was locked out of house before check out time on the last day.
