10.0The host family are amazing to live with. Lucila and Andres are absolutely lovely, always happy to talk to you. Very laid back. I arrived here alone at first and they were really helpful with recommendations for places to go and things to do. They have a very reasonable house rules book and I always felt comfortable in communicating any issues I had. There is a big importance on communication which is good! They provided a separate space to store any food items I had, which I really appreciated and the kitchen layout and usage rules were simple to follow. The bed was comfortable, there was a study space and they also provided certain toiletries and towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean! The home is quiet, chilly and lively with many references to their native roots. Both my cousin and I felt at home here and I am really blessed to have been able to stay here. I'd recommend it to everyone!!

10.0The family was amazing, welcoming, kind, and helped us with advice. The house was very clean and we have our own fridge which was amazing. The neighbourhood was quiet, beautiful, with supermarket and public transport close by. 100% recommend and looking forward to come back.
