4.0− On the listing on Booking.com, it says "No prepayment" but immediately after booking, the propery ask for an advance The building is under construction and the interiors in the room look unfinished Ill mannered staff and it takes a very long time for them the deliver a food order Very bad approach road. Once needs an SUV to reach the property or else you risk damaging you car The property collects GST from the guest but start giving excuses when you ask for an invoice. This amounts to cheating both the government and the guest The property does not ask for any ID from guests which is in violation of the law and could be a risk to families as undesirable elements could use this to their advantage
