10.0Great fully equipped property & very comfortable. Stopped three nights but would be happy to spend a week here. Near to centre of Cleethorpes and about 15 minutes walk to town or beach. It's worth noting the bathroom is downstairs if mobility is an issue.

− The only thing I would add would be a nightlight for the stairs to make nighttime trips to the downstairs bathroom a little easier.
