Nice appartment, but a few inconveniences

spacious apartment. good location

− Noise, heavy footfalls from people upstairs. Overflowing, un-emptied outside bins. Difficulty gaining access to keys. Empty ground floor apartments made me think it was a scam. Bad start to my stay. Gas check needed to be carried out during my booking. Felt intrusive.

Goodsized apartment, gorgeous location. Well stocked kitchen with utensils. Good WiFi. Excellent location for exploring. Lots of nearby cafes and a decent Co-op. Amazing views. Free car park about 5 mins away.

Overall great stay if you don’t mind that you have to park the car a few mins away from the hotel this is perfect!

Love that it has a really great view of the bridge, river, and mountains on the lounge area. It’s very convenient as well if you want to take the train, there is a corner shop if you want food and also a nearby restaurant.

− I just wish that it would be clear at first which apartment we would be staying as there was a few and if I hadn’t called or emailed we wouldn’t figure it out but got through it in the end.

Excellent location by the river and with a beautiful view. Easy access to amenities as well. Good size apartment for a couple/small family. Fairly clean and excellent customer service, very efficient, quick and kind.

− Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy wooden floor and noise from street and from neighbours could be heard.

Great location, close to everything you could need, comfy beds, really spacious bedrooms and lounge, well equipped, clean and fresh, loved that there was a fan (wished there was more) as it was a heatwave when we stayed.

− Only having 1 key available was tricky for 2 adults going out and returning at separate times, because to leave the Key in the key safe downstairs for the second adult to use would have meant having to come down stairs again leaving the upstairs apartment unlocked and accessible from the opposite apartment and upstairs apartments, alternatively we had to rely on mobile signal for the second adult to phone so we could come down (with child) to let them in the locked downstairs door.a second key supplied would solve this problem. Also, the apartment upstairs was very loud and smoking weed until 2am a few nights so it was hard to sleep and the communal hallways smelt, this was obviously an issue with the renter not following rules, not the owner, but did put us off rebooking.

Great views nice size but needing some attention.
