This house suited our purposes of catching up with our son for his March Out ceremony at Kapooka well. With the fully equipped kitchen and pantry, we easily catered for our whole family for the weekend. The house acted as an excellent central meeting place. The dining table with 8 chairs was a great use of the space and a decent size to fit all of us. It was relatively clean and modern.

− My father is a builder, and he had never seen a floor such as this one. It was a pretty low-quality job, with bubbling everywhere. My daughter was worried about showering because the shower leaked in the main bathroom. The plastic stickers (peeling off in places) on the wall in the kitchen are not a good look. It was disappointing to see the prices of the accommodation increase by over double within the space of 6 hours, when I first started looking midday Sat 5th April to that evening when I was ready to book. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth to know that these properties are otherwise quite affordable but jump so significantly as soon as word gets around that families are descending on the town for the ceremony. The quality of the property did not fit with the high cost charged.
