10.0I love the environment.The house is big and the host she is nice and respond quick to concerns.
− The cleaner didn't clean the house well.There was some cobwebs and insect crawling i guess the house was still under reconstruction so I will give them some slacks.Also, they charged me for pets and I dont have pets and they refuse to give me back my money.
We had a great during our stay. It has all the things we needed.
10.0It is big enough to accommodate the whole family. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice.
− A little distance from the falls which is not a big deal.
Lots of space but cleaning could be better.
7.0Reasonable price and close to Brock University. Lots of parking space and spacious home.
− Only two bathrooms with one of them in the basement. The bathroom door in the upstairs bathroom does not close properly so it was very awkward to share with colleagues. We paid an expensive cleaning fee (>$200) but the basement bedrooms and bathroom was not well cleaned. Garbage was left in waste containers and old towels left behind door. Also insufficient toilet paper - had to text owner who dropped off more.
