Definitely Charming.
9.0Location was excellent. Light and airy elevated position. Lots to watch from the windows. Instructions for what to do, politely written, how to operate equipment etc all very clear and helpful. Lots of local information provided. Loved the choice of artwork - individual and ' local' rather than generic. Beds comfy. Good quality bed linen. Fantastic that had washing machine and dishwasher! Even provided tabs. Thank you.Really well thought through. 2 bathrooms was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay.
− Parking is tight but there was parking! So can't really complain. Larger vehicles would probably struggle. Would have liked to see some games /puzzles. But that's minor issue.
Highly recommend anyone to stay.

9.0Gute Lage mit guter Ausstattung und (zwar engem) aber freiem Parkplatz. Zur Begrüßung ein netter Blumengruß sowie Café und Shortbread 😊 …und witzig war der allabendliche Möwenbesuch… 😉
− Fehlende Beschreibung für die Dusche unten; der Teppich im Obergeschoss hat unangenehm (muffig) gerochen.
Excellent option for a holiday in Penzance, very close to the station and high street, we had a very pleasant stay.
9.0Great location, spacious, good cleanliness, great facilities and well equipped - it has everything you need in the kitchen, dishwasher, scales.
− Just a small thing, the blinds didn’t block out the light very well, and the mattress in the two single beds room wasn’t very comfortable.
