− Random people turning up to the house without notice Couldn't use the tennis court due to lack of maintenance Pool hadn't been cleaned Sliding door locks broken and wouldn't close No property instruction booklet (how to use TV, when to out bins out, places to see/eat out etc) House wasn't vacuumed Dirty towels left in washing machine Cupboard doors don't open/close properly Was meant to be remote and private but no privacy with random people turning up without notice Driveway goes over a creek, which floods in heavy rain, no way out if it floods
