7.0The manager was helpful in addressing some issues with the place we originally booked. With the second property (where we ended up staying), we liked the location with a nice view to the ocean and the fact that it had an easy-to-use murphy bed and a great shower. Overall, the apartment was no-frills but clean and comfortable.
− The first place we had reserved had a terrible mildew smell, even though a large de-humidifier was running when we arrived. The second place, which we ended up using, was much better and worked for our purposes. That said, there was a bit of a mold smell which got worse over the course of our stay. We also found the parking lot to be a pain to drive through (poorly paved with some large potholes). The other negative was the check-in process, which was a bit complicated and required us to upload our driver's license in order to complete the process.
