− Everything from the moment we got to the place the roof you walk from to reach the property unstable when we got in the apartment it had a strong smell of paint it was messy paint on the floor in the bedroom there was a giant hole behind the cupboard The kitchen was blocked by table The living room tv was unplugged as well as the WiFi not working it was a really bad experience couldn't get in contact with the property owner and when we did contact booking.com they told us wait 4 hours after that 4 hours they gave us a compensation of 14.31 to use in a future booking My wife was having breathing difficulties because she has some allergies and can't handle strong smells or dust i had explained to booking.com they did nothing I ended up booking another place on airbnb to stay Never stayed here won't recommend

− Las camas no se podía dormir. El sofá cama era una tabla. Era mejor dormir en el piso y el colchón de la cama matrimonial con los resortes totalmente vencidos

Great location but lack of communication left a lot to be desired

Great location, nice apartment.

− Lack of communication. Didn't get instructions to check in until an hour before check in. Requested an early check in and received no answer back despite multiple messages. Wandering around with bags not knowing what was happening. Very poor.

Nothing - didn’t get in the landlord refused to provide entry even though the booking was prepaid. Owner decided not to let me in due to being able to get a higher price so decided to cancel the booking last minute. Had to go home and ruined plans

− Everything - the owner cancelled last minute while I was stood outside the property so they could sell to a higher offer

− Aération et fenêtre précaires. Lit peu confortable. Baignoire - douche peu OK; pas eu d'instructions pour le wifi...

Save your energy for carrying your luggage upstairs! The rest is just about enjoying the stay!

This is a fantastic place to stay. It's in a great location, within walking distance of the London Eye and Waterloo Station! The house is fully equipped for cooking and laundry, and there's even an Iceland supermarket downstairs! It's perfect for families!
