9.0O estúdio estava limpo e organizado quando chegamos. O ar condicionado funcionou muito bem! Apesar de ser na beira da rua, não fomos incomodados por barulho.
− Tinham algumas sobras de alimento na geladeira, mas não impactou em nada para gente.
