Good location, 5 min walk to train station. Local shops and restaurants in walking distance. Good security to building. 20 to 30 minutes to center of Rome. Our host's were outstanding. The nicest people you could wish to meet.

it was a great place. unfortunately, we only stayed here for one night the apartment is big, comfy and warm. the place is shinning clean, fully equipped and updated. Paola and Tenino were warm, kind and caring. very communicative and open to help we were greeted with a map to the city, bus and metro lines we could use for our stay, and recommendations for everything we could've asked for. will definitely visit again.

A clean and spacious apartment with excellent hospitality from the host!

The apartment is very clean and spacious with a big balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything (cookware, utensils, dishwasher even olive oil and spices) for cooking food. The washing machine is also very useful in the summer hot days. The most important thing that we are very appreciated is the hospitality of the host shown to us. Paola provides all the useful information we needed for visiting Rome and she even kindly arranged a cheaper airport transfer service to the apartment than taking a taxi. Tonino picked us from the airport and he also drove us around the property to show us the train station, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. He even drove us to a supermarket for us to buy food and helped us to settle down so quickly in the first day. In the last day after we checked out Tonino was kindly driving us to the train station. We had a great and enjoyable time there. We would like to say "Thank you Paola and Tonino for your kindness and the hospitality". We strongly recommend this apartment to anybody who is looking for an apartment to stay in Rome. If we visit the Rome next time we will definitely stay in the apartment and meet Paola and Tonino again.

We arrived at the property with our two kids, and the host made us feel incredibly warm and welcome. He personally greeted us with a pie and pizza for the kids, which made us feel right at home. He took the time to explain all the details about the property. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we had a truly lovely and relaxing stay in Rome. The property has free on site parking. I would highly recommend this property for a family with kids
