− We were very disappointed with our stay. It wasn’t clean, the toilet lid was broken, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable with only a thin duvet and one flat pillow per person. The overall atmosphere didn’t feel safe at all. At one point, people were struggling to get in the front door for around 30 minutes – they didn’t seem to have a key and were putting their hands through the letterbox. Naturally, we didn’t open the door to strangers, which made us feel even more uneasy. It was also very noisy, with people shouting and walking around loudly. We didn’t feel safe enough to use the shared kitchen, so we avoided it altogether. Overall, it was a stressful and unpleasant experience.
