− We had a terrible experience at these apartments. While I was visiting my parents there, a neighbour attacked me and my young daughter. He was shouting and wouldn’t let me get to my child. The apartment staff did nothing to resolve the situation, and I felt threatened and unsafe. The apartment itself was also extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were cockroaches, a strong smell of tobacco, and the bathtub had clearly not been cleaned. My parents had to clean and scrub the apartment themselves. When I asked to leave early and receive a refund for the unused nights, my request was refused. Overall, this was an awful and frightening experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Gute Lage, toller Agent, der mit uns den Checkin gemacht hat. Wohnung an sich auch gut. Balkon war auch schön

− Leider sehr dreckig und sogar ein paar Kakerlaken sind dort einheimisch. Vollausgestattete Küche Jein. Vieles hat gefehlt dafür 2 verschimmelte Mokka-kocher. Nur 1 Schneidebrett usw. Für 14 Tage haben wir 1 Waschmaschinen- und ein spülmaschinentab bekommen,etwas knauserig.

− Plato de ducha con moho, no nos pudimos duchar. Y lo peor es que he intentado en muchas ocasiones por mail y por teléfono y nunca me han contestado porque necesito justificante de pago de tasa turística para solicitar la devolución porque la estancia fue por motivos de salud. Muy decepcionado.

APARTAMENTO CORRECTO PERO CON UNA GESTIÓN OPACA. CERO TRANSPARENCIA EN EL ANUNCIO

Apartamento correcto, pero gestión impresentable.

− Me reclamaron unas tasas turísticas distintas a las publicadas y, cuando lo cuestioné, culparon a Booking de no actualizar los datos, hablé con Booking y me confirmaron que me estaban mintiendo. El procedimiento de checking fue cutre y poco profesional: primero pagas y luego te mandan las instrucciones de check-in. Para colmo, apareció un suplemento de 25 € no anunciado para que te abrieran la puerta y, si no lo aceptas, y decides hacer un autochecking te hacen ir a recoger la llave a 2 km. A un viajero que llega con maletas y no conoce la ciudad le genera un problema serio. Una forma de gestionar muy mala y muy poco honesta. El apartamento está bien, pero la falta de transparencia y la mala gestión arruinan la experiencia.
