A nice family holiday but would not stay in their villa again

The property has a good pool and large living area

− It was not cleaned properly before our arrival, the floors were extremely dirty, cutlery and glasses in the kitchen not clean and bedsheets had stains on. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, we asked for stair gates as we have a 2 year old, we were provided with two, however there was another staircase going up so really needed 3one was broken so unable to use it. No bedding for the travel cot, luckily we brought our own sheet from home, the blankets and bedding in the cupboards were not clean and there was a bad smell of drains in the bedroom downstairs. We feel the villa is in need of updating and some attention

The pool was wonderful and overall the villa is cosy, spacious, bright and well designed. Bedrooms were quite comfortable.

− The house has a very small fence and the pool area has no intimacy , everyone who is passing by can see inside. The bathrooms were quite basic, showers functional but with a tendency to clog and lack pressure. The fact that absolutely no basics were available except a toilet roll per bathroom and a set of towels was quite surprising. We had to buy soap, dishwasher, salt… all the basic amenities you’d never plan for in a vacation. The kitchen utensils were in poor condition.
