Great accommodation, very close to the beach and local shops and restaurants.

Enjoyable stay. Extreme weather was a drawback but we brought our own fans

− Could have provided table and chairs outside. Pillow protectors required but otherwise clean and comfortable.

10.0Exactly as shown in the photos. Finished to a high specification. Dog friendly garden and year round dog friendly beach nearby. My husband enjoyed his morning run to the beach. Kelly was a great host. She responded quickly and was very accommodating with my requests.
− I was a bit concerned about the area we drove through to approach the property and then found the outside of the property was a little scruffy. I do understand the difficulties of managing a communal space and Kelly is working with the neighbours to fix this. However don’t be put off. This property is definitely a case of ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’. The apartment is lovely and neighbouring areas down to the seafront and over to Southbourne are fine.

10.0Very clean, well presented apartment. Great communication from agent. Good location as a base to explore local area. Nice touches like a welcome pack with tea, coffee, jams, and some milk. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Lovely garden area to relax in the evening.
