Great potential and good value, but needs a little TLC
8.0The house is in a very quiet town (in June). It’s very spacious with 3 large bedrooms on the first floor with one shared bathroom between two rooms and one bedroom with bathroom. On the ground floor you have dining room, TV room, kitchen and toilet. The BBQ area is amazing with fire pit sitting space. Swimming pool is very nice and clean. Usually there is no problem with parking but during school hours it’s a bit more challenging.
− Our 10-night stay was enjoyable and we liked the house, but we felt the property is being slightly neglected. For €200 a night, a few things really should be addressed: Safety Hazards: The ladder into the swimming pool is very loose. More importantly, there is no fence around the pool, which sits above a 3–4 meter drop down to the street. This makes it quite stressful if you are supervising younger children. It’s perfect for adults though. Water/Damp Issues: There are broken roof tiles causing leaks when it rains, overpainted damp patches that you can still smell, and mould in the showers. Location/Views: The house shares a wall with a primary school (meaning weekdays from 9am-6pm can be noisy and lack privacy). The view from the pool is also dominated by a ruined house across the street(nothing can be done about that by the owner), and the outdoor area lacks plants. It’s a nice house with great potential, it just needs some proper maintenance to justify the price tag.

9.0Localização calma e muito próximo do centro. Serviços (Banco, supermercados e restaurantes) na proximidade. Ambiente acolhedor. A piscina, porém o tempo não estava tão quente para poder aproveitar!

7.0La taille de la maison, la terrasse avec piscine, la facilité pour se garer dans la rue (du moins en fin de journée). Nous avons apprécié la corbeille de fruits à notre disposition.
− La communication à l'arrivée n'a pas été des plus aisées: malgré plusieurs relances, les propriétaires ne nous communiquaiient pas les modalités d'accès. Contrairement aux horaires d'arrivée stipulés sur Booking (15h-18h), ils ne voulaient pas que nous prenions possession des lieux avant 17h. Il manque des éléments essentiels dans la cuisine (torchon, bols, passoire..) Enfin, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu nous reposer comme espéré (absence de volets ou rideaux occultants dans les chambres, et bruit dans la rue, notamment chantier et école voisine).
