A relaxing and enjoyable stay
9.0The villa had a well appointed kitchen including BBQ tools and an easy-2-use dishwasher.
− The en-suite taps and shower water pressure seemed unnecessarily low compared to the outside shower.
Nice Villa shame about the smell
5.0Nice pool, comfortable beds plenty of room. Good location and kitchen facilities and equipment good.
− We had problems with a smell of sewage in the downstairs area which included the kitchen, coming from the downstairs toilet. The resort staff , Paula tried her best to get it fixed and the owner/ plumber came out twice whilst we were there but although the smell got slightly better it still spoiled our holiday. It meant we were having to phone and email and be inconvenienced by the visits from staff. Not a relaxing break . We should have been moved to another villa. A complaint on return has resulted in one days worth of refund by Villa plus which I have grudgingly accepted but I don’t feel it was an adequate amount for our inconvenience.
