− I didn't like because they are not responding for any issues. When i arrived the hotel i was waited more than an hour Infront of the door and I called them so many times to help to open the security door but they didn't answer the call more often. It was very bad experience for in my life. Very bad customer service.
Owner wouldn't take responsibility for the unhygienic state the house was in
1.0− Where do I start when we arrived at the property we had to park 3 streets away which wasnt ideal when we entered the property after having to call them to get in we went into the kitchen and it was filthy in the fridge and drawers so we contacted the owner who sent someone out to clean it however after wards I still found a layer of dust on the microwave and dirt in various other parts of the house the owner came out and basically said the microwave had dust on an hour after being cleaned because the windows were open the standard of this house is totally below the standards I would have expect for the price I paid the owner took no responsibility for the mess the house was in i will attach photos

− DO NOT BOOK this accommodation - they do not contact you in the days before and then 1 hour before arrival they emailed to say they were changing the accommodation to another property and they had the right to do this in the small print - the alternative accommodation was too far away and they would not provide a refund I therefore lost my whole booking fee - they then called me and shouted at me to accept it - PLEASE DO NOT BOOK
Manageable
1.0The kitchen was nice and clean. The housekeeper was nice to approach.
− Staff didn't speak to me in a lovely way on my first day. Broken mirror on top of wardrope in my bedroom. Wardrope drawers was not clean. Lastly I was accused of stealing t.v remote by sending me an email which I didn't, but when it was found that same email didn't send any apology email which made me upset.
