Ferienhaus in super Lage
8.0Super Lage - nur 5-10 Minuten zum Strand. Anfang Oktober eignet sich der Strand gut zum Spazieren, die Badesaison ist dann absolut durch, die Strandclubs alle am Aufräumen und Abbauen. Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan uns sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung extrem gut - ein Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock mit Himmelbett. Obere Etage (2 Schlafzimmer) über Treppe innen oder Aussentreppe erreichbar. Die Vermieter hatten für uns sogar 1 Liter H-Milch, Marmelade, Nutella... parat gemacht. Auch Spülmittel und Handseife gab es zur Genüge. Geschirr sicher 12-fach vorhanden (bunt gemischt zusammengestellt), auch z.B. Fixquir und sogar eine Kanne für Tee ... Von Marina di Ravenna ist man in 15-20 min mit dem Auto in Ravenna - die Mosaike MUSS man mal gesehen haben - und in ca. 1h in Rimini und San Marino (eher zum Shoppen geeignet)
− Am ersten Abend war es sehr kalt im Haus, da die Heizung noch nicht angeschaltet war - dies wurde auf unsere Bitte hin aber am nächsten Tag unverzüglich erledigt - dann hatten wir es sehr warm... Das untere Bad ist sehr eng und man kann dort nicht duschen, ohne eine massive Überschwemmung zu machen, da der Duschvorhang zu kurz ist.
Very cozy home with wonderful hosts
10.0Upon arrival, we were met by hosts, Mauro and Catia. They are so sweet and a pleasure to chat with. We were welcomed with a bowl of chilled fresh fruit, and freshly baked piadina. This home was so cozy and clean. The bedrooms are all good sized, with comfortable beds and linens, the kitchen well-stocked, bathrooms clean and updated. The house is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. The bikes provided are a plus. Our only regret was not having enough time to take Catia's cooking class. We would most definitely stay here again.
− Upstairs bedrooms can get warm, as there's no air-conditioning, but it wasn't uncomfortable.

9.0It’s really comfortable for 2 families, there are 2 floors so each family (familiy of 3 with small kids) could have our own floor, with bathroom.
− Air condotioning would be really nice to have, during the hot summer days.
