− There was an issue with the aircon when we arrived but they came and fixed a bed instead in a room we weren’t staying in which led to some confusion.

6.0Sehr ruhige Lage. Große Garage. Schöne Terrasse. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar.
− Wir waren Anfang Oktober für zwei Nächte da. Laut italienischem „Heizungsgesetz“ darf die Heizung erst ab dem 15.10 angeschaltet werden ( Vermieterinfo auf Nachfrage) Es war also recht frisch in der Wohnung. Wasser fürs Duschen war heiß. Komischerweise war das Heizen in Bozen im Hotel überhaupt kein Problem?! Ich kann mir auch nicht vorstellen, dass die Hotels am Comer See nicht heizen… Desweiteren waren etliche Glühbirnen in den Bädern kaputt, in einem war kein Licht. Eine Sonnenliege war auch kaputt. Man sollte vor der nächsten Vermietung vielleicht einen Kontrollgang einplanen.

− Geen airco benedenverdieping, dit wisten we wel door de andere reviews. Gelukkig wel een ventilator daar.

− Verouderde keuken en meubilair, er zou meer keukengerei aanwezig mogen zijn
