9.0Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione tranquilla per vivere la vera essenza di Tenerife e una spiaggia bellissima sotto casa
Did not get to stay in the rented appartment and had to pay 60 EUR cancellation fee.
1.0We did not get in to the appartment as some electronical system was not working and we did not get needed information. We needed to pay over 60 EUR cancellation fee ourselves. Do not recomend! Very bad experience.

Host should have checked that their system worked and if it did not work, they should have noticed us, not the other way around when we were already behind the appartment building door and could not get in to the building. This kind of thing can spoil your whole vacation day and mood.
