The warmth very modern facilities pretty much had everything we needed Excellent location neighborhood very quiet and polite

− The vacuum didn't last long could only vacuum for so long then had to recharge

Good location, quiet neighborhood and 5 bedrooms was ideal for 6 adults and 3 under 5’s.

− There was a lack of seating in the living area, couch in front of tv sat 2-3 adults and for size of the house and amount of people we had that area wasn’t that functional. Requested a cot but we were unable to find the cot in the house. A few extra blankets to put on beds at nighttime in winter would be good too.

− Didn’t have any coffee making facilities/plunger, not enough towels provided for 3 night stay, not enough toilet paper supplied - had to buy a plunger, toilet paper and towels to use.

Modern spacious property. Good location

Unclean place with unwashed bedsheets

Relatively newly built and furnished.

− I stayed at the place last year with friends and liked it so chose to book it again this year with my family and some friends. To our disappointment, when we arrived we saw a large pile of dirty towels in a basket in the garage waiting to be washed. The house was dusty and dirty, the toilets and bathrooms had not been cleaned and there was hair on the floors. The beds were made up in a make shift way, not neat, and they certainly did not look clean as we saw hair on the pillow cases in the beds. We all felt very uncomfortable that first night as we arrived late in the evening and it felt like the place had not been cleaned. I messaged the host to complain and they said a cleaner would come the next day. The cleaners came and the place looked and felt completely different. It was evident that the place had not been cleaned before we arrived and we all felt that was extremely unprofessional as that is the minimum expectation to stay in a place for 3 nights which has been cleaned with washed sheets. So grosse even thinking about it.

Nice and modern comfortable place.

− Front door code doesn't work properly, we had to try few time before it unlocks, There are restriction on type of food you can cook in the kitchen. Dryer in garage didn't work properly.
