8.0Paul was really helpful. Answered the phone on my arrival and has done a great job on the accommodation which is essentially a converted garage BUT - HANG ON. Paul got his idea from a Premier Inn and whilst he took his layout ideas from there, has definitely put his own stamp on it. A really good guy, and quiet and comfortable accommodation. You will not be disappointed.

Super clean cosy ensuite
8.0Room had everything you needed for a short stay and the air conditioning unit was great as it did get quite hot in the room when we stayed. All very clean and cosy. Host's communication was excellent throughout and offered help if needed, including offering space in front of garage at one point.
− Parking was extremely limited and we found a space initially but struggled the second evening after going out. As it was sunday there was lots of free parking nearby so it was ok but not ideal.

10.0Ideal base for us( free parking) .Bus stop near by £3 or 20min walk down hill to the sea front .Uber/ taxi between £10 and £15 back up .Cheaper than finding parking.
